Almond Butter Breakfast Bite
These little bites are great for lunch boxes and mid-morning snacks. They're packed with delicious flavor and crunch.
1/3 cup banana, ripe, mashed
2 tablespoons & 2 teaspoons blanched almond butter
1/3 cup oats, rolled
1/8 cup blanched almond flour
1/4 cup strawberries, freeze-dried
2 teaspoons golden flax meal
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons almonds, roasted, sliced (non-blanched)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat oven to 325oF
- In a standing mixer, combine bananas and almond butter. Mix until smooth.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Using a 1-ounce ice cream scoop, scoop small balls of the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool. Serve.
