Almond Coconut Chocolate Chip No-Bake Balls

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond flour

2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

1/2 cup real maple syrup

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


PREPARATION:

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1 ½ “ balls. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

No rating - haven't made it yet. Just wish you would post nutritional information with your recipes - calories, fat, sugar, etc.
That's always a huge consideration when choosing a recipe to make for my family.
