Almond, Pear and Cherry Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon unsweetened dried cherries, divided

Pinch of ground ginger

Pinch of ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon orange zest

1/2 pear, diced (skin on)

1 tablespoon sliced almonds, divided

1 teaspoon almond butter


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

In a mason jar, combine the oats, milk, half the cherries, ginger, cardamom, orange zest and half the almonds. Stir to combine. Refrigerate overnight. Top with remaining almonds, cherries and the almond butter.
