Banana Almond Butter Sushi

We all need an energy boost at some point during the day, particularly when the afternoon rolls around. This Banana Almond Butter Sushi made with almond butter, banana and chopped almonds are an easy snack to consume as a quick pick-me-up.
1 medium banana
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
Cut medium banana into 6 smaller pieces. Add a dollop of almond butter to the top of each banana piece and top with chopped almonds. Keep cool in refrigerator until ready to eat.
