Carrot Top Almond Pesto

1 1/2 cups carrot tops
1/2 cup sliced, natural almonds
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
Ensure carrot tops are thoroughly washed. Combine all ingredients and place in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with vegetables or crackers for dipping. Garnish with a few more sliced almonds.
