DESCRIPTION:

Created by Lindsey Pine, RD, for the Almond Board of California. These almonds are quick and simple to prepare – no oven needed! Simply coat the almonds with vinegar and season for a tasty on-the-go snack.

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

1 ounce whole, unroasted almonds

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

In a small bowl, mix the garlic, dill and salt until combined.  Add the almonds and the vinegar and stir to coat well, or pop a lid on the bowl and give a good shake.
