For the Pudding

2 cups almond milk, unsweetened

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Toppings

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup chopped strawberries

1 kiwi, sliced

2 tablespoons sliced almonds

2 teaspoons almond butter


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

In a large bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Cover and let mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to absorb liquids. Then, divide mixture into 4 containers. Cover and store in the fridge overnight. Stir chia pudding before serving. Add additional almond milk if pudding is too thick. When ready for a serving, pull out various fruits, sliced almonds and almond butter and top the pudding as desired. Serve chilled.
