1 teaspoon matcha powder

3 tablespoons hot water

1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1/2 tablespoon agave syrup


PREPARATION:

Sift matcha powder into bowl or serving mug. Pour hot water over matcha and vigorously mix together using a small whisk. Once matcha has completely dissolved, pour in almond milk. After the almond milk has been added, mix in agave and stir.

Steamed Almond Milk Option:

Steamed almond milk can be achieved using a steamer or handheld frothing wand. Alternatively, steamed almond milk can be created by microwaving 1/2 cup of almond milk for 50 seconds, pouring it into a mason jar and then covering and shaking the mix until foamy.
