90 g Preserved Lemon Rind

45 g Preserved Lemon Pulp

8 g Preserved Lemon Juice

141 g Turkish Dried Figs

22 g Almond Oil

80 g Whole Natural Almonds, roasted, chopped

52 g Parsley, fresh, chopped


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

1) In a food processor, combine preserved lemon rind, pulp and juice. Mince in processor until rind is roughly a small dice. 2) Add dried figs to the mixture and continue to mince. 3) Remove mixture from food processor and place in large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. 4) Serve immediately or store airtight; refrigerate until ready to use.
