INGREDIENTS:

½ cup water

½ cup olive oil

½ cup raw almonds

¼ cup lemon juice

3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

2 clove garlic or more to taste

2 tsp. soy sauce

¼ tsp. cumin

½ tsp. chili powder

¼ tsp. coriander

¼ tsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. tahini


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

  1. Toss all ingredients into a high-power blender, like a Blendtec, Nutribullet, or a food processor
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes till smooth
  3. Best served chilled
  4. Store in fridge in airtight container
