1 loaf stale french bread

1 qt heavy cream

6 eggs

2 cups milk

1.5 tablespoons vanilla

1 pound butter

4 cups sugar

1.5 tsp salt

1 cup slivered almonds

2 pints blueberries


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Break up stale bread, about 1 inch cubes / pieces
  3. Spread bread pieces across a baking dish
  4. Mix all ingredients together
  5. Pour blueberry, almond, cream mixture over bread
  6. Bake for 1 hour, until fully set

This recipe is chock full of antioxidants. What's not to love about it? :)
