Master Chocolatier Christopher Curtin shares through Éclat Chocolate and a team of trained chocolatiers his art and experience in traditionally hand-crafted confections, located in the scenic Brandywine Valley. Christopher started his journey more than three decades ago. From Madison, Wisconsin to the House of Le Compagnons du Devoir, the premier guild for artisan craftsmen in France, to being one of the first Americans to be awarded the title of Master Pastry Chef and Chocolatier in Cologne, Germany. He subsequently refined his skills in the houses of some of the world's great chocolate makers, including Confiserie Bachmann in Switzerland, Confiserie Coppeneur in Germany, Herman Van Dender and Pierre Marcolini in Belgium, and Poire in Japan. Christopher was the first American ever to be awarded the title of Master Pastry Chef and Chocolatier by the Handwerkskammer zu Köln in Germany.
