Reduced-Calorie Media Coverage Plentiful and Positive

Around the world, media outlets have demonstrated their enthusiasm about the results of a recent study showing that when measuring digestibility, whole almonds provide the body with about 20% fewer calories than originally thought.

Here in the U.S., for example, the news was covered nationally by UPI, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, The Huffington Post, and several trade outlets including Food Product Design and Food Manufacturing. Magazines like Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Ladies’ Home Journal tweeted about it, and it ran locally in numerous prominent media markets.
