Spanish-Language PEM Manual, Go-To Guide Now Available


Handlers can now order Spanish-language versions of both the Pathogen Environmental Monitoring (PEM) manual and PEM Go-To Guide from the Almond Board. The PEM manual is designed to outline the necessary tools and steps to develop a PEM program as a part of a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan, while the PEM Go-To Guide is an accompanying quick-reference resource. By translating both pieces into Spanish, ABC is continuing to provide handlers with the tools necessary to train all employees on food safety issues and monitoring techniques.
