Valerie Cash is a junior accountant for finance and administration for the Almond Board of California. She oversees the corporate credit card program, including adherence to internal control policies on back up documentation, signatures and disbursement of funds. She is also responsible for companywide office document storage and disposal, maintaining records, the accountability of ABC cars, maintaining all USDA correspondence and approval notices, plus many other office administrative and accounting duties.

Prior to joining ABC, Valerie worked for many years in accounting at various companies, including 13 years at a beverage distributor in Stockton where she was responsible for the day-to-day accounting/operations of six Valley offices.

Valerie lives in Salida with her husband, Travis, and their four-legged furry kids. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, tending to her home garden, barbequing and family poker nights.
