As you gear up to comply with FSMA’s Preventive Controls for Human Food, consider these two upcoming Almond Board of California events for training and education: 1) Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Training for your food-safety-and-quality employees responsible for developing and implementing your food safety plan and for assuring FSMA compliance is being offered June 1–3; and 2) the 18th Annual Food Quality and Safety Symposium, with speakers addressing FSMA issues for both handlers and growers, is on June 16. Compliance dates are right around the corner. Be sure you or your employees attend!
