- 9g (2.54%) Cocoa Powder
- 75g (20.31%) Sugar
- 50g (13.45%) Corn Syrup
- 13g (3.55%) Almond Butter
- 24g (6.34%) Water
- 1g (.25%) Salt
- 3g (.76%) Mono & Di Glycerides
- 4g (1.13%) Soy Lecithin
- 1g (.27%) Chocolate Fudge Flavor
- 1g (.27%) Vanilla Flavor
Prep Time
About 30 minutes
- Combine Almond Butter, Mono & Di Glycerides, and Soy Lecithin. Reserve.
- Combine Bread Flour and Cocoa Powder. Reserve.
- In a sauce pot combine Sugar, Salt and Water, cook to soft-ball temperature stage at 240F.
- Reduce heat to 165F. Add Corn Syrup and Pre Mix 1, stir to combine.
- Add Pre Mix 2, stir to combine.
- Add mixture to a bowl and allow to cool until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
