About 20 minutes
- Bring Water to a boil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Tapioca Flour, Sugar, and Defatted Almond Flour. Mix to combine.
- Pour boiling water over the dry mixture, and stir until thickened.
- Roll mixture into tubes and cut into desired pearl size, dust with reserved Tapioca flour as needed.
- Boil pearls until tender and shock in ice water, reserve until needed.
