- ½ cup whole almonds
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- ½ cup banana chips

- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine rolled oats and almonds in large bowl. Add cinnamon, maple syrup and avocado oil and mix, making sure all ingredients are evenly coated with maple syrup and oil.
- Spread the granola out on the cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove granola from the oven and cool completely. Add banana chips and toss. Store in airtight container.
