- 7 tbsp (105 mL), (55 g), Unflavored almond protein
- 4 whole, (30 g), Pitted Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp (15 mL), (15 g), Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 mL), (15 g), Lemon juice
- 2 tsp (10 mL), (10 g), Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp (10 mL), (10 g), Lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL), (3 g) Ground cinnamon
- Pinch , (0.5 g), Sea salt
- Pinch, (0.1 g), Ground nutmeg
