- 24 oz almond butter, creamy
- 3 oz candied mango, thin, torn into small pieces
- 0.2 oz turmeric, ground
- 0.08 oz cinnamon, ground
- 0.04 oz cardamom, ground
- 0.04 oz cloves, ground
- 0.6 oz coconut sugar, pure, unrefined
- 1.5 oz candied mango, thin, small chop
- 0.2 oz pink peppercorns, cracked

- Place almond butter in Robot Coupe® along with the 3 oz. candied mango, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and coconut sugar. Blend with the metal blade, until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the almond butter has a creamy, medium viscosity.
- Remove almond butter from Robot Coupe® and place in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining 1.5 oz. chopped candied mangoes and cracked pink peppercorns and stir to evenly combine.
- Place the Mango Masala Almond Butter in a sealed container and reserve refrigerated.
