- 1 cup unroasted whole almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons tamari (or Bragg liquid aminos)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
