- 6 oz pure maple syrup
- 0.5 oz clover honey
- 0.6 oz coconut oil
- 0.05 oz turmeric, ground
- 0.15 oz urfa chile flakes, dried
- 0.02 oz lemonade pepper, ground
- 0.05 oz pink peppercorns, crushed
- 0.1 oz dried orange peel granules
- 12 oz California almonds, blanched, whole
- 3 oz California almonds, blanched, slivered
- 2 oz California almonds, sliced
- 4 oz green apple chips, dried, crumbled
- 2 oz pepitas, raw
- 0.1 oz Maldon sea salt

- Place maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, turmeric, urfa chile, lemonade pepper, pink peppercorns and dried orange peel granules in a mixing bowl and whisk to evenly combine. Reserve at room temprature.
- Place all almonds and all remaining dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to evenly combine.
- Add reserved maple syrup mixture to the almond mixture; then stir, ensuring that all ingredients are fully coated and evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture in a medium-thin layer on a parchment lined sheet pan, then place in a 275-degree F convection oven and bake for approximately 50 minutes. *Finished color should be an even, light golden brown roasted color. Baked clusters should be dry and crisp.
- Remove from oven and allow mixture to completely cool on the pan at room temperature. Once cooled and hardened, break the mixture into rustic small medium chunks.
- Place the Hot Apple Cinnamon Maple Almond Clusters in a sealed covered container and reserve at room temperature.
