Acai Bowl with California Almond Butter

Ingredients
Serves: 1
  • 3 oz frozen acai
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ frozen cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ sliced banana
  • ¼ cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
Preparation
  1. In a blender, add acai, banana, strawberries, blueberries and almond butter. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add acai to a bowl, garnish with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, granola, honey, chia seeds, almond butter and almonds.
