- 2lb, 1oz Flour pastry
- 4oz Super fine almond flour
- 1lb, 6oz Rolled oats
- 14 1/2oz Super fine granulated sugar
- 11oz Light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1lb 13 1/4oz margarine, cubed
- 2 1/2lb Raspberry preserves
- 1lb Mini vegan chocolate chips

- In a bowl, combine the pastry flour, almond flour, oats, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut the margarine into the dry ingredients to form a crumb that will hold when compressed.
- Press 5 ½ lb of the dough into a greased full sheet pan. Reserve the remaining dough for topping.
- Bake the crust at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Remove the crust and let it cool.
- Spread the preserves evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the preserves, following by crumbling 1 ½ lb of the remaining dough over the surface.
- Bake until the topping is golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool and cut as desired.
- Note: You can drizzle the bar with chocolate after baking instead of melting the chips onto the surface.
