- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup slivered almonds

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond meal, garlic powder and salt. Set aside.
- Place the almond milk in a small bowl and dip each broccoli floret in the milk.
- Dip the almond milk soaked broccoli in the almond meal mixture and coat thoroughly. Place the breaded broccoli on a parchment lined baking sheet. Discard leftover almond milk and almond meal.
- Once all the broccoli has been coated with almond meal and placed on the baking sheet, drizzle the olive oil evenly over the broccoli. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Toss the final product with slivered almonds. Makes 4 servings.
