Skylar Becvar is the senior coordinator for Industry Relations and Communications at the Almond Board of California. Her responsibilities include creating and customizing industry outreach materials and executing communications, programs and events for industry audiences.

Prior to joining ABC, Skylar worked in the real estate and finance industries managing over 30 different marketing groups. She has expertise in graphic design, web design and social media marketing.

While new to the almond industry when she joined ABC, Skylar comes from an agriculture background. Growing up, she spent every summer on her late grandfather’s ranch in Visalia where she took care of livestock. In her free time, Skylar lives in the Central Valley and likes to run, play tennis and spend time with her dog, Olive.
