Almond Beet Iced Latte 

Almond milk, cold-brew coffee, beet powder, hemp seeds and subtle flavorings combine to create clean-label, satiating sipping to get you through the day. Created by Chef Rob Corliss on behalf of Almond Board of California.



Serves: 8 fl oz.
  • 4 fl oz almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 fl oz coffee, cold brewed 100% Arabica
  • 0.2 oz beet powder
  • 0.3 oz hemp seeds, raw, hulled organic
  • 0.03 oz cinnamon, ground
  • 0.07 oz vanilla extract, pure
  • 0.4 oz maple syrup
  • 0.5 oz raspberries, IQF unsweetened
  1. Place all ingredients in a container. Puree, with immersion blender, until ingredients are thoroughly blended smooth and evenly combined.
  2. Strain beverage through a fine chinois, discarding the solids and keeping the liquid.
  3. Place Almond Beet Latte in sealed container and store refrigerated.
