Pulse to combine. In a mixing bowl combine Defatted Almond Flour, Confectioners Sugar, and Maple Syrup Powder. Add to the robot coupe and pulse until incorporated. Gradually pulse in the Tapioca Maltodextrin approx. 1/3 at a time until incorporated and the base has thickened. Transfer mixture to a piping bag and reserve for use.
