Banana “Bread” Smoothie with Defatted Almond Flour and White Beans

Ingredients
Serves: 3 portions
  • 1 ¾ cups, (408 g), Unsweetened, plain almond milk
  • 2 medium bananas, (150 g), Ripe banana, pureed
  • ½ cup (125 mL), (80 g), Cooked white kidney beans
  • 7 tbsp (105 mL), (55 g), Unflavored almond protein
  • 4 whole, (30 g), Pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL), (15 g), Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL), (15 g), Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp (10 mL), (10 g), Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp (10 mL), (10 g), Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 mL), (3 g) Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch , (0.5 g), Sea salt
  • Pinch, (0.1 g), Ground nutmeg
Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Adjust viscosity and level of sweetness and spice as preferred.
  2. Serve chilled, garnish as desired, and enjoy.
