Dark Chocolate Tahini Almond Butter 



Serves: 14, 2-Tbsp servings
  • 0.8 oz California Almonds, whole, roasted
  • 0.1 f l oz vegetable oil (or almond oil)
  • 0.13 oz tahini paste
  • 0.05 oz cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 0.09 oz coconut sugar, pure, unrefined
  • 0.01 oz orange peel, dried, powdered
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 0.01 oz sesame seeds, white, toasted
  1. Place almonds in a Robot Coupe®. Blend, with metal blade, for one minute.
  2. Add oil and blend for 10 minutes. Almond butter should have a medium viscosity.
  3. Add tahini paste, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, orange peel powder and sea salt. Blend for one minute to a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Remove almond butter from the Robot Coupe® and place in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add sesame seeds and stir to evenly combine.
  6. Place the Dark Chocolate Tahini Almond Butter in a sealed container and reserve refrigerated.
