  • 180g (82.82%) Whole Almonds
  • 30g (13.80%) Granulated Sugar
Honey Butter Seasoning Blend
  • 4g (1.84%) Honey Powder
  • 3g (1.38%) Butter Powder
  • .05g (.02%) Milk Type Flavor (liquid)
  • .05 (.02%) Honey Flavor (liquid)
  • .05 (.02%) Butter Flavor (liquid)
  • .2g (.09%) Milk Type Flavor (liquid)
  1. Create Honey Butter Seasoning Blend: In a bowl, combine Honey Powder, Butter Powder, Milk Type Flavor, Honey Flavor, Butter Flavor, and Milk Type Flavor.
  2. In a kettle, add sugar and almonds. Heat to 300F and cook until caramelized.
  3. Remove caramelized almonds from kettle and dust with Honey Butter Seasoning Blend.
