Chef Notes

Almond milk and almond butter are whipped together with cold brew and gelatin to create a rich and fluffy dairy-free beverage inspired by Dalgona coffee. Adapt the Whipped Coffee as a standalone beverage, or as a sweet breakfast or dessert item topping— like an alternative whipped cream. This recipe can be adjusted to thin or thicken texture to match preferences for a variety of applications.
