All-Purpose Almond Umami Sauce

Difficulty
Medium
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk to evenly combine. * Viscosity should be similar to a medium-thick satay sauce, that gently coats the back of a spoon. Sauce typically gets thicker upon refrigerating (depending on almond butter variety & thickness). If sauce becomes too thick, simply thin it out with a touch of almond milk to desired consistency.
- Place All-Purpose Almond Umami Sauce in a sealed container and refrigerate a minimum of one hour to allow the flavors to fully develop before using. * Utilize the All-Purpose Almond Umami Sauce chilled, in multiple applications.
