- 120g whole natural almonds
- 150ml of Greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt
- Honey to drizzle

- Put three spoonfuls of Greek yogurt in a bowl. Using a sharp knife, chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top. Finish with a drizzle of honey. Great for a speedy breakfast!
- TIP: Add slices of banana for a fruit boost.
