ATTN: Almond Coproducts Can Help Our Environment

5/17/2018

Almond trees grow more than just our favorite nut! They actually provide four valuable products – the almond kernel we eat, shells that protect the nut and are used as livestock bedding, fuzzy outer hulls used as dairy feed, and the tree itself. Take an inside look at this video from ATTN: to see some of the latest developments supporting the California almond community’s zero waste approach, using everything our orchards grow.
