Almond Cherry Blossom “Jelly Donut” Chia Pudding

Best as a dessert or decadent snack, try our vegan Chia Seed Pudding with Almond Milk and Cherries for light and airy deliciousness. There’s no better duo than almond milk and cherries. Our recipe contains both, with just a few other simple ingredients. Go on, give it a try!

Ingredients
Serves: 1
Pudding Base
  • 114g Almond Milk
  • 17.5g Chia Seeds
  • 8.4g Coconut Sugar
Fruit Bottom
  • 20g Cherry Preserve Base
Toppings (1 oz)
  • 18g Sliced Almonds (toasted)
  • 10g Dried Cherries (sweetened)
Preparation
  1. Combine the chia seeds, almond milk and coconut sugar. Mix it well, let it sit for at least one hour.
  2. Line the bottom of the parfait cup with 20 grams of cherry fruit preparation.
  3. Pour on 140 grams of the chia pudding mixture.
  4. Insert the top mini cup filled with the mixture of almonds and cherry pieces.
  5. Store the whole container in the refrigerator for one hour so the chia pudding can set. For a thicker consistency, you can store the chia pudding for longer than one hour.
  6. When ready to consume, add the topping to the chia pudding, mix and enjoy!
