Recipes Almond Milk Elderberry Boost Juice This refreshing beverage blends together elderberry and raspberry flavors with unsweetened almond milk for a convenient nutritional boost while on the go. Difficulty Medium Ingredients Serves: Makes 1 Serving (10 fl. oz) 6 fl. oz Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened 1 fl. oz Beet-Carrot-Orange Juice, Organic 0.34 oz Elderberry Juice Concentrate 0.08 fl. oz Lemon Juice 2 oz Raspberries, Unsweetened 0.20 oz Blue Agave, Golden Light Organic 0.05 oz Ginger Root, Fresh, Grated Preparation Place all ingredients in a large container. Puree, with an immersion blender, until thoroughly combined and silky smooth (beverage may also be pureed in a blender). Strain through a fine chinoise, keeping strained liquid and discarding solids remaining in the chinois. Place Almond Milk Elderberry Boost Juice in a sealed container and reserve refrigerated.
