Power-Up Green Smoothie

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup kale, torn into pieces, ribs removed
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana (peeled prior to freezing)
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • Slivered almonds (optional)
  • Place almond milk, kale, spinach, banana and almond butter in blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Top with slivered almonds for a pretty garnish.
